The process is straightforward. During Onboarding, we gather the necessary information to create your website. If you bring your own designs, then we’ll dive right in and get started building. Alternatively, you can engage our team to design your new website as well.
Read more about our process on our How it Works page.
Delivery time depends on your design needs. Typically we aim to deliver a website build within 2 to 3 weeks of the time you complete our Onboarding.
Our go-to platform is Webflow. In our experience, Webflow offers a best-in-class combination of no-code ease-of-use along with developer-friendly customization. If we’re building you an e-commerce enabled site, then our Webflow implementation will be coupled with Shopify as a commerce management system for controlling products that are available on your Webflow-based site.
Note: We use Shopify as a “headless” solution; your website will not be controlled via the Shopify control panel.
We’ve built a lot of websites. We validate, build, and release new products and ventures (and their websites) often — and we understand the importance of a highly performant website to the success of that process.
Based on our experience, we have created a rigorous, standardized, repeatable process for Launchpad site builds. By ensuring that both we and our clients adhere to this process, we can streamline the design, build, and delivery of Launchpad sites ensuring fast, high quality delivery.
No problem! You’ll have full access to the site editor that controls your website as well as our Resource Library featuring video walk-throughs of how to make most changes to your site.
If you need more in-depth changes that require additional design, new page elements, or additional website pages, contact our support team who will gladly work with you to scope the necessary revisions.
As we understand it (we’re technology, not tax pros), the IRS offers a 50% tax credit on expenditures up to $10,250 (the first $250 is not eligible making the highest credit possible $5,000) annually that are focused on making your business ADA compliant. That includes your website!
The ADA tax credit, listed under Section 44 of the IRS Code, is available to businesses that generated $1,000,000 or less during the year prior to filing or businesses that employ 30 or fewer full-time employees.
You can learn more here. Please consult your accountant or tax professional for further information.
Obviously we want you to be over the moon about your new website. Our rigorous process is designed to ensure your input and goals are captured from the start and executed to your satisfaction.
If you feel that your website doesn’t deliver on your expectations, please reach out to our support team. We’ll work with you to figure out the best path to success.
Once you’ve paid for your Launchpad website build, you’ve committed to the process. Your build fee is non-refundable. Please ask any questions and voice any concerns you may have prior to signing your contract and paying your Launchpad invoice.
You may cancel your Maintenance & Support contract at any time effective at the completion of your current billing cycle. (No refunds will be offered for the remainder of your current contract.)
If you’re finished with your website and no longer need it, we will take it down for you. If you’d simply prefer to maintain your website on your own, that’s perfectly fine as well. We’ll coordinate the transfer of ownership and access over to you for future management.
